About The Role
As Marketing Manager, you'll oversee a portfolio of developments across the
South West and South East
, driving all aspects of marketing and brand management for
new homes
. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and executing marketing campaigns for multiple property developments from launch to sale, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Coordinating site visits, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders, and ensuring marketing strategies are tailored to target the right buyers for each development.
* Creating and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies including digital, print, and on-site marketing.
* Managing budgets, tracking performance, and adjusting campaigns to optimize sales performance.
* Maintaining strong relationships with external agencies, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive marketing efforts.
* Regular travel across key locations, including Bristol, Kent, Oxfordshire, and Surrey, to ensure developments are on track.
About You
You are a
Marketing Manager
with proven experience in property marketing, ideally in the
new homes sector
, with the following key qualities:
* Proven experience in property/residential marketing, managing multiple sites and projects, ideally with new homes developments.
* Comfortable with regional travel and flexible working, visiting sites regularly across multiple locations.
* Strong ability to work autonomously, with a commercial mindset and a high level of organisation.
* Able to quickly take ownership and lead projects without hand-holding, delivering marketing campaigns with real impact.
* Available for an immediate start and committed to a short- to medium-term maternity cover role.
* Strong communication skills, able to work closely with senior leadership and external partners.
