Job Title: Data Migration Lead

Job Type: 6 Months Contract
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Data Migration Lead to oversee the data migration workstream for a major transformation project which is migrating HR and Payroll functions from our on-premise Oracle e-Business Suite (EBS) application to Oracle HCM Cloud.
The successful candidate will work across business and IT functions, leading a small team of data analysts to ensure that all the data required for the new solution (including non-EBS sources) is accurately identified and provisioned; and successfully migrated into the HCM Cloud platform. You will interface with a System Integrator who have overall responsibility for the migration and are performing the Oracle to Oracle ETL.
Key responsibilities:
1. Lead the migration workstream
2. Act as the primary point of contact between the business, internal IT teams, and the System Integrator regarding data migration activities
3. Work with business stakeholders to identify and prepare data that is not held within EBS but is required in the target system
