Stannah is looking to recruit an ambitious Apprentice Administrator to join our team based in Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn and gain valuable experience in a professional environment.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00 – 17:00, Friday 9:00 – 16:30.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
* Answer calls, respond to emails, and schedule services for engineers.
* Shadow colleagues to develop skills and knowledge of the Maintenance & Repair Division.
* Complete coursework and participate in at least 20% off‑job training.
* Maintain accuracy in work-related documentation and follow company policies.
Training & Development
* Duration: 16‑18 months.
* Practical training, mentoring, and distance education.
* Achievement of a recognised Level 3 qualification in Business Administration.
Qualifications
* Minimum GCSE Grade 4‑9 (A‑C) in Maths and English.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams).
* Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
