Project Manager – Change Delivery - 12 month FTC
Edinburgh | ? Financial Services | ? Permanent | ? £60,000 + Benefits
McFall Recruitment is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic Change & IT team. You’ll play a key role in leading the delivery of business change projects across the organisation and client base — helping define new ways of working, enabling innovation, and ensuring seamless project execution.
? What You’ll Be Doing:
* Manage and deliver change projects in line with the businesses Change Programme and governance frameworks
* Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and cross-functional collaboration across Business, IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and third-party vendors
* Drive stakeholder engagement and manage relationships with confidence – identifying, escalating and resolving risks and blockers
* Collaborate on infrastructure upgrades, platform integrations, and digital transitions with internal teams and external partners
* Track and manage project documentation and workflows using tools like JIRA
* Contribute to overall change governance and ensure compliance with audit and risk requirements
* Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and agile thinking
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in project/change delivery within a financial services or fintech environment
* Strong knowledge of Agile project methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
* Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills – able to engage across all levels
* Highly organised and detail-oriented, with experience in tools like JIRA and Confluence
* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
* A natural leader who can inspire teams and drive accountability
* Experience managing external vendors and IT infrastructure change projects is a plus
