Role Overview
Providing marketing communications support to the business in the UK, Ireland and Singapore, you will help implement the UP Marketing Strategy across marketing communications activities and campaigns.
Responsibilities
* Event Management: Support logistics for industry events, webinars, venue organization, set‑up, stock ordering, invitations, follow‑up, reporting, inventory of promotional items and attend UK events as needed.
* Website Management: Create, maintain pages and content for events and products/services; upload documentation; report monthly on conversions and leads.
* Marketing Communications: Write campaign content, use key message documents, research and tools such as Copilot and Adobe Express; run monthly industry email campaigns via Salesforce; schedule and measure social media content on two channels across three countries using Hootsuite and Canva.
* Customer Experience: Manage the marketing inbox, update CRM contacts, send monthly surveys, compile NPS reports using Satmetrix, monitor and report on LiveChat function on the website.
* Marketing Support Activities: Collaborate with stakeholders and agencies to support strategy delivery; provide ad‑hoc marketing support including monthly sales meeting reports, purchase orders, budget tracking, research and promotional material management; optimise benefits from Salesforce Account Engagement.
Qualifications
* Experience in marketing communications, event management or marketing agency.
* Familiarity with Salesforce, Satmetrix, Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Express and similar marketing tools.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
