Agency Sales Director - CTV / AdTech (EMEA)

We’re supporting a fast-growing European CTV platform that’s scaling its commercial team, and looking for a Senior Salesperson to lead key agency & brand relationships across the UK.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a high-growth environment shaping the future of connected TV and premium video advertising.
What youll be doing
* Own and grow a book of agency & brand partnerships across the UK
* Sell premium CTV and video solutions to strategic accounts; manage complex cycles & six-figure deals
* Translate client objectives into impactful video/CTV activations, leveraging first-party data & unique formats
* Work closely with product, ops, data & content teams to deliver strong client outcomes
* Act as a trusted advisor in a rapidly evolving media space, helping clients navigate CTV fragmentation
Were looking for
* 5 -10+ years in CTV, premium video, programmatic or digital media sales
* Credible relationships across agencies & brands
* Strong commercial track record - consultative seller, comfortable building new business while nurturing existing accounts
* Ability to simplify technical concepts for senior stakeholders
* Ambitious, hands-on mindset suited to a fast-moving, scaling environment
* Fluent English; another major European language is a bonus
