Overview
The client is a multi-disciplinary consultancy with 3 offices in the South of England. The role comprises conducting the full spectrum of post-contract services for Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Developers, initially supporting other Employer’s Agents before gaining experience and managing projects independently.
Responsibilities
* Attending progress meetings and producing meeting minutes.
* Follow up and proactively manage the projects on an ongoing basis.
* Assist the EA's in undertaking all day-to-day administrative duties on the delivery of projects under the terms of JCT, Design and Build, Bespoke Development Agreements.
* Routinely report on time, cost, and quality to the client.
* Manage the handover process including pre-handover inspections.
* Manage post-completion activities.
Qualifications
You will need a construction related degree (Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Construction Project Management) and a full driving license.
