Job description:
1. Responsible for the day to day HR function at Federal Mogul Aftermarket at 2 UK locations and approx. 70 heads + 1 Spain location and approx. 50 heads;
2. To provide full comprehensive HR knowledge to the leadership team and on site managers on all matters regarding Employee Relations, reward and benefits, payroll and colleague engagement;
3. Be a proactive contributor and supporter of the Senior Leadership at FM Aftermarket Bradford & Madrid;
4. Champion and lead the use of in house system Success Factors for all Performance and development and resourcing activities;
5. Actively drive colleague engagement, encouraging a more engaged and productive workforce;
6. To ensure that all KPI reporting requirements both at site and at corporate level are completed weekly/monthly;
7. Manage and support the negotiations of the yearly pay increase for all non-salaried employees;
