The Role:

A career in Facilities Management is a career unlike any other. Our teams deliver a suite of services to thousands of staff in our estate across Hampshire County Council. Supported by friendly colleagues with varied skills and expertise, you will have plenty of opportunities to grow and develop in a diverse range of areas : all with the opportunity to work within some of Hampshire's most interesting buildings

The Facilities Management (FM) team provides support to over 100 buildings, ranging from fully FM managed buildings to drop:in sites throughout the County of Hampshire.

Confident and dependable, you will have some experience in a similar role. You will be able to work efficiently as part of a team and demonstrate real commitment to customer service. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to deal with a wide range of situations in a positive and professional manner.

The role is based in Dame Mary Fagan House, Basingstoke with a requirement to provide cover on occasion at our other sites in Basingstoke and Andover.
