Hours are 21 a week, Monday - Friday. Can be worked over 5 days or a minimum of 4 days.
Hybrid Role: 40% of your working time in the office.
Commitment for 9 weeks.
Provide high-level, confidential admin and secretarial support to the director.
Duties include:
1. Proactive diary and travel management, including complex international itineraries.
2. Arrange and support internal/external meetings (venues, logistics, refreshments).
3. Manage communications, including emails, correspondence, and visitor reception.
4. Prepare reports, letters, and presentations.
5. Maintain organised digital and paper filing systems.
6. Manage Directors' IT, phone, and expense accounts.
7. Support departmental events and occasional team travel.
8. Assist with ad hoc admin tasks and cross-team support as needed.
9. Participate in relevant training and professional development.
Experience Required:
* Previous Personal Assistant experience or similar duties in another role.
* Strong MS computer skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
