Shipping & Sales Administrator
Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
Location: Weybridge
Salary: £26 – 30.000P.A.
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their dynamic shipping and sales team. In this role, you will provide essential support to the sales department, assisting with administrative tasks and contributing to the overall efficiency of the shipping and sales process.
Responsibilities
Processing all shipments across the World and ensure they arrive on time. You will organise reliable couriers and build relationships with them. The successful candidate will posses shipping experience and have the ability to deal with shipments that go wrong as well as having the knowledge and ability to rearrange and resolve the shipping issue and problem. The role will also include processing sales orders and maintaining accurate records in the sales database, supporting the sales team by preparing quotes & proformas and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products to effectively assist customers. You will take telephone orders and assist with customer queries, process returns and ensure they are completed in a timely manner and you will be responsible for any other administration tasks required
Skills
* Shipping administration experience
* Confident on the phone with strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key.
