Role Purpose: This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new service providing practical and therapeutic support to children and young people across Neath Port Talbot and Swansea, in a non-clinical setting, who experience episodes of mental. The team will provide advice, guidance and early interventions that aim to keep children and young people accessing the service safe and help to improve their mental wellbeing.
The Team Leader of the CYP Sanctuary Service plays a pivotal role in providing a safe and supportive environment for children and young people in need. Reporting to the Service Manager, this position is responsible for leading and supporting a team of staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality support and contributing to the overall success of the service.
The role is crucial to ensuring that children and young people receive the appropriate intervention they need during difficult times and demands demands a compassionate and resilient individual who is capable of providing leadership, guidance and advocacy to both service users and the dedicated staff team.
