Role Summary: The Group Bed Manager is accountable to the Director of Operations and will work as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. As the Group Bed Manager, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role to strategically drive occupancy growth and revenue optimisation across the Dovehaven portfolio, ensuring commercial success while maintaining high standards of care. The Group Bed Manager will work with colleagues to optimise bed availability, pricing and revenue. Responsible for building strong relationships with referral sources, and supporting home managers to ensure timely, accurate placement of residents. The Group Bed Manager will be instrumental in delivering Dovehaven’s growth ambitions and will champion a fair and positive experience for all prospective residents and families.
