We are seeking a passionate Tutor to support young people and adults in developing essential English and Maths skills for work and life. In this role, you will make a real difference to learners who may face a range of challenges, including previous adverse learning experiences, behavioural needs, and SEND. Your support will empower them to build confidence, achieve their goals, and overcome barriers to learning.
The successful candidate will be qualified to at least Level 3 in an English or Maths subject specialism and hold a relevant teaching qualification. You will have proven experience in delivering Functional Skills and/or GCSE English and Maths, along with the ability to plan and manage your own workload effectively.
This is a peripatetic role, requiring you to travel to and work across various Springboard delivery sites. The role is advertised as full time; however, part‑time requests may be considered.
