Recycling Plant Team Leader Location: SharnbrookSalary: £14.50 per hourJob Type: Temp to PermHours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am 5:00pmAdditional hours may be required depending on business needs.Quest Employment is currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Recycling Plant Team Leader to join a busy recycling operation in Sharnbrook.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous leadership experience within recycling, production, warehouse, or manufacturing environments who is looking for a long-term opportunity with career progression.The Role As a Recycling Plant Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the plant, ensuring production targets, operational efficiency, and Health & Safety standards are maintained at all times.You will be responsible for leading site operations, supporting the workforce, and ensuring workloads are organised effectively across the plant.Key Responsibilities Daily production planning across both balersMonitoring KPIs and reporting downtimeOrganising workloads for site cleaners and production staffCarrying out yard inspectionsEnsuring Health & Safety procedures are followed at all timesSupporting smooth day-to-day plant operationsSupervising production activities and ensuring targets are achievedLeading, motivating, and supporting the team on siteRequirements Previous team leader or supervisory experience within recycling, production, warehouse, or manufacturingFLT licence preferredExperience with team management and production planningGood understanding of Health & Safety proceduresStrong organisational and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage workloads effectivelyWhat We Offer Temp to perm opportunityStable Monday to Friday working patternOpportunity for progression and long-term developmentSupportive working environmentWeekly pay through Quest EmploymentIf you are looking for your next leadership role within a fast-paced environment, apply today.TPBN1_UKTJ
