Role Overview:
You will oversee all operations and sales activities within our flagship location. You will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring the smooth running of the store. As the leader of your team, you will embody Frame’s values while fostering a motivating and results-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership
* Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
* Inspire and coach your team to deliver outstanding performance and customer engagement.
* Regularly analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify areas of opportunity.
Customer Experience
* Ensure all clients receive an exceptional, personalized shopping experience.
* Act as a brand ambassador by promoting Frame’s values and vision to clients.
* Develop strong relationships with VIP clients to build customer loyalty and retention.
Team Management
* Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of sales associates.
* Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
* Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, ensuring team alignment with Frame’s brand and goals.
Operational Excellence
* Manage day-to-day operations, including stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
* Monitor and address any operational challenges, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
Brand Representation
* Maintain the stores presentation, ensuring it reflects Frame’s high standards of style and quality.
* Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to execute seasonal updates and maintain brand identity.

* Proven experience in retail management, preferably within a luxury or premium brand environment.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* A passion for fashion and an excellent understanding of the retail industry.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and KPIs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
* Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.
