Field Service Engineer
UK MedTech Scaleup
Transforming Patient Care Through Next-Generation Technology
About the Company
We’re working with a fast-growing UK MedTech scaleup on a mission to redefine how healthcare is delivered. Backed by top investors and partnered with leading hospitals, we design and deploy cutting-edge medical technology that improves outcomes, enhances workflows, and empowers clinicians across the country.
As we continue to scale, every hire has a tangible impact. Every device we support helps a clinician deliver better care. Every visit you make contributes directly to improving patient lives.
The Role:
As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our customer operations, ensuring our medical devices perform flawlessly in high-stakes clinical environments. You’ll work closely with NHS and private hospitals across the UK, supporting clinicians, solving problems on-site, and keeping our technology running at its best.
Expect variety, autonomy, travel, and meaningful impact. This is a hands-on role where no two days look the same.
You’ll typically spend 4 days per week onsite with customers and 1 day WFH
