A small but fast-growing team in Brentford who are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing excellent customer service.
The Role:
As Sales Administrator, you’ll play a key part in supporting the sales team and wider business. Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for processing customer orders, handling incoming enquiries, and assisting the accounts department with invoicing and payment queries. You’ll be the first point of contact for many customers, so a professional and friendly manner is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process and manage customer orders.
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Liaise with the accounts department to support invoicing and payments.
Keep records and systems updated with accurate information.
Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Confident with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage (training provided).
What’s on Offer:
Salary of £25,000 – £28,000 (depending on experience).
