Support the class teacher in planning and delivering adapted learning activities. Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies. Help create a safe, encouraging, and inclusive learning environment. Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and SENCOs. Foster independence and confidence in all learners. A positive, patient, and resilient approach to support. Ability to build trusting relationships with pupils and staff. Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
