The role:
As the Height Safety Contract Manager, you will:
Play a pivotal role within the height safety team
Drive growth and performance within the department
Take a key role in technical compliance
Secure sales and ensure profit targets are met
Strive to develop and nurture customer relationships
Generate new leads in the Company’s height safety offering
Supervise the delivery of major projects
Provide technical expertise whilst championing health and safety requirements
Ensure the team are operating efficiently
Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
What you’ll need:
The Height Safety Contract Manager will:
Have experience in the height safety / fall protection industry.
Subject knowledge of the relevant standards (BS7883, BS EN 795).
Be comfortable adopting a ‘hands-on’ approach with the ability to command respect from colleagues.
Work well under pressure and efficiently drive site teams to meet deadlines and high safety and quality standards.
Have a proven track record of estimating and project management with an ability to communicate professionally at all levels, ensuring operational excellence.
Thrive on problem-solving and display excellent organisational skills
Adopt a flexible working pattern to respond to and meet operational requirements
Travel extensively with willingness to stay away from home as required
