The main duties include: Prepare monthly payroll template for submission to outsourced payroll provider Support HR with obtaining missing payroll information or documents from employees Calculate and administer annual employee allowances and reconciliation of monthly payments through payroll Calculate tax and national insurance where needed and submit to payroll provider Calculation of monthly pension contributions for UK employees Administration of pension schemes including notifications of new starters and leavers Liaise with accounts payable to set up monthly bank payments of employees' net pay, taxes, pensions and other payroll benefits as required Our client is looking for a candidate who has: Payroll experience Experience of manual payroll calculations Good Excel skills, including v lookups Benefits include: Excellent salary (up to £32k pro rata) 30 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata) Hybrid working Flexible working hours / days Free parking 12% Pension Private healthcare This is an excellent opportunity, not to be missed!
