Senior Network Engineer (Computer Network Architect)
EPS Corporation is seeking a senior network engineer responsible for managing the network of the Cyber Program and leading efforts concerning planning, development, implementation, problem resolution, and administration.
Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain the network of the Cyber Program.
* Lead planning, development, implementation, and problem resolution activities for the network.
* Develop and enforce network system policies and planning, including short and long‑range planning.
* Make recommendations on proposed Network Systems Engineering solutions based on analysis of existing capabilities and alternatives.
* Participate in the development of roadmaps and technology strategies to solve complex problems.
* Execute assignments related to the division’s strategic goals, policy, and planning requirements.
Qualifications
* Minimum 10 years of experience configuring and operating cyber range or computer test bed environments.
* Expert knowledge in designing and configuring computer networks including routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, VPNs, and VLANs utilizing bare metal and virtualized systems.
* Demonstrated experience providing enterprise network engineering and support for a campus area network type facility, including creating and planning policies and procedures.
* Experience working with wireless infrastructure supporting 802.11x, 4G, and 3G wireless technologies.
* Experience configuring and managing Joint Information Operations Range (JIOR) node.
* Security Clearance: Top Secret (TS)/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
