Quality Systems & Data Specialist

We’re seeking a Quality Systems & Data Specialist to take ownership of a site-wide Quality Management System, ensuring all documentation, processes and audits are fully compliant, controlled, and effective. This is a permanent, full-time role with excellent opportunities for career progression and impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and maintain the full Quality Management System (QMS), including all policies, procedures, documents, and log sheets.
2. Manage internal audits across all departments from planning through to action close-out.
3. Maintain document control systems to ensure all records are accurate, reviewed, and fit for purpose.
4. Drive continuous improvement through robust action tracking, data analysis, and problem-solving.
5. Lead the Technical Services Team and promote a strong quality and compliance culture.
6. Ensure supplier approvals and specifications are maintained and compliant.
7. Support complaint investigations and implement effective corrective actions.
8. Oversee quality-related system inputs (e.g., Quantiv) and develop systems to meet evolving needs.
9. Maintain an effective traceability process that can be operated reliably at any time.
10. Support departments in data collation, documentation control, and adherence to schedules.

11. Timely completion of audits and actions
12. Reduction in non-conformances
13. Up-to-date documentation
14. Accurate operational recording
15. Effective traceability management
16. Compliance of supplier approvals and specifications
Requirements
17. Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or a related quality environment
18. Strong knowledge of QMS, auditing, document control, and quality standards
19. Experience leading or guiding teams
20. Strong organisational skills with a proactive approach to continuous improvement
21. Excellent communication skills, able to influence and drive compliance
22. Eligibility to work in the UK and ability to commute to Peterborough PE1 5BF
