This organisation operates within the FMCG / Nutritional / Food sector. This role is based in the company's Belfast office, operating Monday to Friday. A hybrid working arrangement is available (80% office / 20% home). This is a permanent position with a company that holds a strong market reputation. What's on Offer Hybrid working model Competitive salary (negotiable depending on experience) - £32,000 - £37,000 Bonus scheme Comprehensive benefits package Excellent opportunities for career development and progression Key Responsibilities Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best commercial outcomes Create and manage purchase orders in line with demand forecasts and inventory requirements Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, monitoring performance against KPIs Identify opportunities for cost savings and added value Ensure adherence to internal processes and relevant regulations Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support overall business requirements The Ideal Candidate Minimum 2 year's experience in a buyer role managing product categories or portfolios within the food retail or wholesale industry or FMCG Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets Proven success in delivering commercial outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Interested?
