Customer Support Executive Cheadle £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, plus OTE £37,000- £40,000 Are you confident on the phone, highly organised, and great at guiding customers through important steps? We're looking for a Customer Support Executive to support customers from the moment their finance is approved right through to the final payout. This role is all about delivering a smooth, compliant, and supportive customer journey. You'll be the main point of contact for customers during the final stages of their finance process, helping them complete documents, answering questions, and keeping everything moving between the Sales and Payouts teams.
