With a long-standing reputation for innovation, the businesses is undergoing an exciting period of growth and is looking to bring on a talented Technical Lead to guide their engineering team through the next phase of their digital transformation.
As a Technical Lead, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of their technology stack, providing technical leadership, and working hands-on with the latest tools and methodologies. The company prides itself on fostering a collaborative and forward-thinking environment where your expertise will directly impact the business’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality, efficient development practices.
* Drive the design and implementation of scalable backend solutions using Microservices architecture.
* Shape the technical direction and introduce innovative tools and practices to enhance system performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business requirements into effective technical solutions.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on Agile delivery and quality code.
* Oversee the development and optimization of cloud infrastructure and services, particularly in Azure.
* Provide technical expertise and support to the wider team, ensuring growth and development.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working across the Full Stack; however, my client will also consider candidates who are more backend leaning.
