Ventro are expanding across London, and we're looking for a Project Manager with strong Fire Compliance and construction experience. You'll oversee fire door, fire stopping and wider fire compliance works, ensuring delivery is safe, on time, and to the highest standards.
This role naturally suits someone who is:
Confident leading teams and subcontractors on fire compliance projects
Structured and organised, with a strong preference for planning and process
Logic‑driven, commercially aware, and comfortable making firm decisions
Energised by fast‑paced environments and managing multiple live fire compliance programmes
Detail‑focused, especially around safety, compliance and documentation
Clear and assertive in communication with clients, building control and internal teams
What You'll Lead
Managing 3–5 live fire compliance projects across fire doors, fire stopping and compartmentation
Site supervision and coordination under CDM regulations
RAMS, toolbox talks, site signage, asbestos awareness and H&S leadership
Progress reporting, delay notifications, RFIs and client updates
Fire door inspections, fire stopping measurement checks and audit documentation
Subcontractor management and material control
Liaison with building control and identification of future fire compliance opportunities
What You Bring
CSCS, SMSTS and Emergency First Aid
Proven fire compliance experience (fire doors, fire stopping, compartmentation)
FIRAS/BMTRADA accreditation (Doors and/or Fire Stopping)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Project, smartphone uploads)
Prince2 / NVQ L6 (or equivalent) in construction management
Ideally 3+ years in a construction or fire compliance project management role
