Key responsibilities of the KS1 Teacher:
Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the Key Stage One national curriculum
Assessing and tracking pupil progress, providing feedback and supporting their education and training
Creating a positive, inclusive learning environment that nurtures children's curiosity and love of learning
Collaborating with colleagues and parents to support each child's learning journey
Managing classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a purposeful learning atmosphereWho we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified teacher (QTS) with recent experience teaching in Key Stage One. You will be energetic, creative, and committed to helping pupils reach their full potential. Experience preparing pupils for phonics screening or end-of-Key Stage One assessments is desirable but not essential.
