They are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Representative to play a key role in generating new business and driving revenue growth across international markets.

The successful candidate will be confident in outbound sales, comfortable engaging with European markets, and eager to develop a career within a growing organisation.

Roles & Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across the UK and Europe
* Conduct high-volume outbound sales activity (calls, emails, networking) to generate leads
* Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects from initial contact through to handover
* Build relationships with new clients across online, retail, and distribution channels
* Deliver persuasive, value-led sales pitches to key decision-makers
* Utilise internal databases and own initiative to source and develop new leads
* Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer behaviour to inform sales strategy
* Travel to client meetings and industry events across the UK and Europe when required
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role
* Strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident telephone manner
* Highly target-driven with a proactive and resilient approach to sales
* Ability to work independently and use initiative to generate opportunities
* Ability to speak a European language is advantageous
* Full UK Driving Licence preferred
