Responsibilities
* Build an understanding of the FirstMind Talent Discovery tool.
* Build an understanding of customer pain points, requirements, and value that can be delivered by FirstMind.
* Learn how to position FirstMind solutions to customers relevant to their business needs.
* Introduce FirstMind Practitioner Courses, feedback sessions, and subscriptions to key decision makers.
* Build successful pipelines of commercial leads.
* Compose & deliver customer proposals.
* Deliver feedback as part of product demo and product deliveries.
* Initiate intro calls with CEOs, MDs, and other key business stakeholders.
Development Path
* Progressive graduates succeeding in their role will have the opportunity to be fast‑tracked towards becoming a Manager, where you will be trained & supported in developing your leadership & business strategy skills, building your own dynamic team of ambitious & driven individuals, identifying and developing areas of profitable growth of the business, and managing P&L responsibility for your team.
