Duties Include:
1. Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly.
2. Provide support to colleagues, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings.
3. Manage data entry and other record-keeping tasks.
4. Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable.
5. Coordinate with building management for office maintenance and repairs.
6. Ensure a safe and clean work environment.
7. Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff members.
Working Hours:
1. Monday to Friday.
2. 09:00 to 17:00.
