A client in a leading multi-academy trust through a major transformation programme is seeking a Fundraising Associate to lead the design and early implementation of a fundraising strategy. Responsibilities: Develop a fundraising strategy to identify and prioritise donor segments. Design and deliver an integrated digital fundraising approach - including social and web campaigns, storytelling, and donor journey mapping. Plan and manage events and campaigns to engage potential donors and raise visibility of the trust’s impact and values. Develop the case for support and related collateral (digital content, campaign materials, donor briefings, success stories). Requirements: 5 years’ experience in campaign management or development roles in charity, education or cultural sectors Proven track record in (digital) fundraising strategy and implementation. Strong understanding of donor behaviour and audience segmentation, including the ability to create emotionally compelling cases for support. Confident communicator, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as an ambassador for the programme and excellent project management skills.
