Description

We’re looking for a driven and proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team and play a key role in driving new client acquisition and supporting long-term business success.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and contributing directly to business growth.


What that means day to day

* Generate and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach, lead nurturing, and client engagement.
* Conduct consultative conversations with prospective clients to understand their needs and match them to the right solutions.
* Manage a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring accurate CRM updates, reporting, and forecasting.
* Collaborate with marketing and field-based sales teams to follow up on campaigns, uncover cross-sell opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
* Meet and exceed activity, KPI, and sales targets to contribute to overall business success.


What you’ll need to be successful

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships and uncovering opportunities. You should be motivated by targets, able to manage your time effectively, and comfortable engaging with clients over the phone and through digital channels. A background in B2B sales or customer service will give you the foundation to succeed in this role, along with the ability to take a consultative approach to conversations with prospective clients. You may also bring experience in seeking out larger commercial opportunities through a consultative sales approach. Familiarity with LinkedIn as a tool for new business development and preparation will be highly valuable. Additionally, experience using Salesforce (CRM Software) will give you an advantage in managing leads, opportunities, and reporting effectively.

Essential qualifications and skills:

* Proven B2B telephone experience, ideally in a sales environment.
* Strong communication and influencing skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
* Experience delivering high levels of customer service.
