We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to work within Air Liquide's Manufacturing & Processing Market Unit, to develop and implement strategic sales plans in support of our sales team in order to expand our existing customer base and bring value to our customers. The successful candidate will achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing a team of Inside and Outside Sales, supporting and mentoring them by creating a trusting and engaging environment whilst always maintaining high levels of employee and customer satisfaction. Key elements of the role will be developing and implementing new sales initiatives and strategies, working in close collaboration with various internal departments including Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain and Engineering, and achieving sustainable long term success for both Air Liquide and our customers. Sales Strategy Develop and deploy a commercial strategy to drive sustainable growth within the market. Oversee and support key customer relationships to ensure Customers receive value from Air Liquide's services. Sales Performance Effectively and efficiently manage the activities of the sales team to ensure that all individual and team key performance objectives are achieved, and competitor threats are overcome. General Coordinate and manage the commercial pipeline (via CRM), supporting the team to successfully close the business. Coordinate business areas and sales processes to meet customer needs effectively. _ __ Are you a MATCH? Demonstrable experience in customer relationship management and value add sales. Experience in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. The ability to speak clearly and communicate information so others can understand. High levels of self-awareness.
