The Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Generation Executive to identify new business in our South region. This is a office-based role from our site close to Bournemouth Airport.
You will be responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities, managing the full sales process, and building strong relationships with prospective customers across key sectors.
What We Offer
Basic salary of £30,000 per year

On-target earnings (OTE) £40,000 including salary and commission

Key Responsibilities
Actively generating leads by telephone, email and social media
Strong communicational skills with ability to quickly build report with potential customers
Outbound calling and qualifying leads, developing a sales pipeline
Working through specific targeted sales campaigns to uncover new business sales opportunities
Identify and exploit new sales opportunities managing these through the sales process to conclusion
Arrange qualified sales appointments, passing these to the field based team for survey and quoting
On sending out a quote/proposal, follow up with the customer and negotiate to secure new business
Develop business relationships with new clients to maximise sales opportunities
Manage sales pipeline through our CRM system – HubSpot
Logging all Customer Relationship contact within HubSpot, along with coordination & admin
Work closely with the operation team and existing Account Manager becoming a key member of a very strong successful team
Liaise with internal teams to provide unified customer service
Skills & Experience
Highly self-motivated and friendly collaborator who can build effective relationships with our customers and regional teams
Proven track record in lead generation and prospecting
Ideally comes from the industrial service sectors and experience selling industrial products or services in a B2B market is desirable
Opportunity for internal progression further into more senior sales roles in the future
Strong negotiator with excellent customer service skills and ability to close
Enthusiastic communicator who can engage with customers and sell the benefits of our products and services
Experience of managing a wide portfolio of customers at various stages of onboarding
Strong IT skills with experience of CRM platforms, MS applications and SAP
Previous system experience of HubSpot and SAP Business One would be advantageous
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A flexible approach and ability to assist in any tasks assigned by the business
Must be a team player and work collaboratively with a number of individuals all highly motivated to succeed
