Job Overview
Our brand new client, headquartered in central Liverpool, is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to work full time, Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm.
Responsibilities
* Managing a broad range of commercial property matters including sales, acquisitions, leases (landlord and tenant), development projects, and property finance.
* Providing strategic advice to clients including SMEs, investors, developers, and commercial landlords/tenants.
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and other property‑related agreements.
* Conducting due diligence and overseeing transactions from instruction through to completion.
* Maintaining and developing strong client relationships, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues across departments on multi‑disciplinary matters.
Qualifications
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience).
* Demonstrable experience in handling commercial property matters independently.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
* Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* A proactive and collaborative approach, with a commitment to professional growth and development.
Compensation & Benefits
