The role is ideally office-based, but the firm might consider some hybrid / home working for the right person The firm have a small team in payroll and this position is to ideally be the lead role / Manager. There is still a doing / hands-on element to this role in terms of processing payrolls, plus, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the firms management team and potentially look at new systems / IT changes if preferred. Salary wise, the firm are open within reason. Roles at this level tend to be in the range of circa £36K to £42K, but the firm might be slightly flexible outside of this for the right person.
