Position: Level 3 Practitioner
Hours: 40 hours - 4.5 days per week
Salary: £13.01 per hour

We are looking for a dedicated Level 3 Practitioner to join our nurturing environment on a permanent basis. You’ll be part of a team committed to providing outstanding childcare in a friendly, welcoming, and secure setting. Our nursery caters to children aged 0-5 years, and we also have an out-of-school club for children up to 12 years old. Depending on your strengths, you may work with the youngest children or support preschoolers and the out-of-school club.

Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner
As a Nursery Practitioner, your main duties will include:
* Creating stimulating and purposeful experiences for children, tailored to their age and development.
* Ensuring compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery.
* Supporting the smooth running of the nursery and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.
* Building professional relationships and reporting any concerns in line with company policy.
* Facilitating a strong key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
* Participating in regular team meetings to stay updated on key priorities and company policies.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* A full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (essential).
* Fluency in written and spoken English (essential).
* Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years (desirable).
* Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements (desirable).
