A leading national law firm is seeking to appoint a skilled and commercially astute Real Estate Solicitor to join its well-established team in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with approximately 3 years of post-qualification experience to contribute to a broad range of high-value real estate matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising on land acquisitions and disposals, acting for both buyers and sellers.
* Managing property investment transactions across various asset classes.
* Acting for landlords and tenants in connection with the grant of business leases.
* Supporting development work within the retail, leisure, and healthcare sectors (excluding construction).
* Liaising with clients and stakeholders to deliver pragmatic and commercially focused legal solutions.
Candidate Profile:
* Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with circa 3 years' PQE.
* Demonstrable experience in land and property investment transactions.
* Strong technical knowledge of landlord and tenant law.
* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
* A proactive and collaborative approach to client service and team engagement.
