About The Role
HC-One is seeking a Chef with an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, and an understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.
We aim to provide an excellent onboarding experience, ensuring a quick transition from job offer to start date.
About You
You should be organized to meet service times, capable of planning and prioritizing independently, and follow recipes accurately. A passion for food and a commitment to quality, home-cooked meals for residents are essential. You will communicate considerately and kindly with residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You must be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the procedures to report concerns. All staff are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and seek advice or escalate concerns as necessary.
