We have a fantastic opportunity for a Quality Monitoring Officer, based in Barnham, West Sussex, supporting clients across the surrounding areas.
We are a unique organisation trusted to successfully deliver safe, timely and innovative Domiciliary Care. As the Quality Monitoring Officer at Optimal Future, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality domiciliary care services to clients. As well as being responsible for arranging \ conducting regular assessments, audits, and evaluations of care practices to uphold compliance with regulatory standards, organisational policies, and best practices in the field.
Main duties include:
* Monitoring of Job Management Screen:
* Meds alerts to be followed up, investigated and outcome to be recorded on meds alerts spreadsheet.
* MAR Charts to be audited and signed off on system on a weekly basis. Identified issues to be investigated with actions and outcomes to be recorded.
* Where Optimal has responsibility to order and or collect medications. At appropriate times medication to be ordered and ensure arrangements to collect medications are made to ensure no gaps.
* Carer Compliance trackers to be kept up to date. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards, legislation, and organizational policies. Identify expired documents \ quality checks and advise team members as appropriate.
* Client Compliance trackers to be kept up to date. Identify expired documents \ service reviews \ care plans and advise team members as appropriate.
* Weekly emails to be sent out to Team Leaders detailing all Quality work to be completed. E.g. Spot Checks, Client Reviews, Client Care plans
* To work with Registered Manager to ensure Incidents, complaints and concerns are logged on incident management database and to be investigated \ documented with outcomes and learnings as directed by RM.
