Hours: Part Time, 21 hours per week

Salary: £29,290.00 to £36,612.00 (pro‑rata £17,574.00 to £21,967.20)
Location: Cardiff – with regular travel to the South West. This is a hybrid role with 40‑60% of the week spent in the Cardiff office.

Key Responsibilities
* Build and nurture relationships with philanthropists and partners to secure gifts of £25,000 and above.
* Lead philanthropy fundraising across the region, maximising our place‑based strategy in Wales and Bristol.
* Develop inspiring proposals that bring our work to life and support young people’s skill and confidence development.
* Work closely with local and national teams to turn ambition into action, helping thousands of young people gain the skills and confidence to find work.
* Tell compelling stories that showcase the impact of our programmes and the need for continued support.
