Description
The Assistant Management Accountant's duties will include but are not limited to:
Prepare daily reports including labour & material variance.
Prepare general ledger duties - including journals, accruals, prepayments.
Assist with the preparation of monthly accounts and ad hoc duties.
Analysis, reconciliations and maintenance of provisions.
Reconciliation of key balance sheet accounts.
Supporting the preparation of overhead budgets, forecasts and variance analysis with budget holders.
Other ad hoc duties.Profile
A successful Assistant Management Accountant will:
Be actively working towards an ACCA or CIMA qualification.
Have hands on experience working in a finance manufacturing environment.
Be highly analytical.
Be proficient at using IT and ERP systems, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel packages.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
High accuracy and attention to detail.Job Offer
