This will see you completing duties such as:
1. Answering telephone calls
2. Assisting clients/visitors in Reception
3. Being courteous to all clients
4. Typing of all correspondence and accounts as required
5. Keeping diary records for all staff
6. Filing and archiving of files when necessary
7. Preparing out-going post
8. Assisting with the continual development of Iris database - including the creation of standard letters for mailmerge purposes
9. Processing the return of client books and records.
10. Processing client payments by credit/debit card in accordance with compliance procedures.
11. Stationery and other office supplies.
12. Ensure all Health & Safety actions for the office are completed and records maintained and assisting the Health & Safety Administrator where necessary.
