Role Overview As a Returns Administrator, you will play a key role in coordinating the return of goods to the company, managing queries, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities Communicating with customers and end users via telephone and email. Organising and scheduling collections of products, ensuring stock readiness for collection. Booking collections and maintaining accurate records. Updating and managing departmental spreadsheets.
