Role
Senior Hardware Design Engineer
* Take technical and project ownership of complex embedded hardware design projects
* Define engineering requirements in collaboration with customers and product managers
* Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver integrated hardware, software, and mechanical solutions
* Select components, capture schematics, and oversee PCB layout design and review
* Develop and verify FPGA-based designs
* Conduct design reviews and ensure all documentation aligns with quality standards
* Drive rigorous verification and validation to ensure product robustness and compliance
Person
* Degree in Electronic Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
* Proven experience in complex electronic hardware design and verification
* Strong understanding of embedded systems, computer architectures, and ruggedised design principles
* Skilled in schematic capture tools (e.g., Mentor Dx-Designer or equivalent)
* Experienced with high-speed serial interfaces
