Job Description Customer Retention Manager Hours – Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM Salary - £32,000 per annum Location - Northampton We’re working with a fast-growing, international organisation to find a Customer Retention Manager who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and keeping customers coming back for more. You’ll take ownership of high-value customer accounts, ensuring they stay engaged, satisfied, and loyal. From analysing performance data to supporting key meetings, you’ll play a central role in delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
