venue is opening in Spring 2026 at the iconic Olympia London, and we’re looking
for an experienced and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team from March
2026.
About the Role
We are looking for a professional, organised, and welcoming
Restaurant Receptionist to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate
will be approachable, guest-focused, and passionate about delivering
exceptional hospitality.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play
a key role in creating a warm and seamless arrival experience while supporting
the smooth running of reception and reservations.
Contract: 40 hours per week
Salary: Up to £16.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome guests warmly and act as the first point of
contact for the venue
• Manage bookings and reservations using OpenTable
• Handle guest enquiries in person, by phone, and via email in a professional
manner
• Coordinate with the restaurant, bar, and management teams to ensure a
seamless guest experience
• Maintain an organised reception desk and accurate booking system
• Assist with guest requests, special occasions, and general front-of-house
administration
• Ensure all guests feel welcomed and looked after from arrival to departure
Requirements
• Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house
role in hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Professional, friendly, and guest-focused demeanour
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Experience using booking systems, ideally OpenTable
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required
• Legal right to work in the UK
