The Role
As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
* Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to support learning and development
* Provide one-to-one and small group support
* Help create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
* Encourage independence, confidence, and social development

Requirements
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable
* A caring, patient, and resilient approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Right to work in the UK
