Working as part of a cross‑functional team, the NAM will develop and implement a brand and portfolio strategy locally, build strong clinical partnerships, and support the optimisation of patient pathways.

* Drive clinical demand through execution of brand strategy and key in‑field tactics, using balanced scientific selling to influence prescribing behaviour and challenge the status quo where appropriate.
* Lead execution of local account and strategic account plans, working cross‑functionally to accelerate uptake, optimise patient referral pathways and address access barriers across the patient journey.
* Build strong, trusted relationships with clinicians and wider healthcare partners, delivering HCP education and developing local prescribing advocates who can influence practice regionally and nationally.
* Develop and implement effective customer call plans to achieve optimal coverage and frequency, maximising access and commercial opportunities.
* Demonstrate excellence in CRM and data utilisation, using insights and dashboards to inform decision‑making and drive performance against agreed objectives.
* Proactively gather and share customer insights and market intelligence with the cross‑functional team to inform strategy, tactical development and continuous improvement.
* Apply customer preference mapping, persona development and digital engagement approaches to tailor interactions and optimise multichannel communication.
* Support the cross‑functional team in preparing future launch plans and driving uptake of treatment from day one of launch.
Role Requirements
